To begin, access your AlephPay admin app on the dashboard and select the "Top up Account" option. You will be shown the relevant bank account details to which you can transfer the desired amount. The money will then be credited to your AlephPay account within 1-3 business days.

Important: Please don’t send any money from non-bank accounts, such as PayPal. You should use a bank account that has the same name as your organization. Otherwise, the transferred amount will not be accepted by AlephPay and will be returned to the sender.
